This launch brought together two iconic, fan-obsessed brands — Burt’s Bees and Mike’s Hot Honey — for our first-ever sweet & spicy lip balm. The collab tapped into the explosive “swicy” trend across food and beauty, and united both brands through bees, bold flavor, and strong founder stories.

As the lead designer on the Electro team, I helped shape the creative strategy, visual world, storytelling moments, and multi-channel design system across social, DTC, TikTok Shop, PR mailers, and campaign assets.

The Challenge

This wasn’t just another flavor drop — it needed to:

  • Drive relevance with next-gen beauty consumers

  • Attract new “Taster” households

  • Generate earned media and cultural conversation

  • Sell out in 24–48 hours across TikTok Shop and BurtsBees.com (big goals!)
